Last September I used the scrappage scheme to buy a Hyundai i10 from Pebley Beach, Swindon. I immediately gave it to my Grand daughter (yes, we do spoil her). Her father has also acquired a newer model and left home so she has no-one to give her help or advice and when she phoned me to tell me that the petrol cap flap couldn't be opened I could only tell her to contact the dealer and ask them what to do. The next morning her car was collected from where she works, the fault was fixed and the clutch adjusted and the car returned. Last night she Texted me to say that "it's like driving a new car" This email is just to express my thanks for the service provided.

I have recently purchased a i20 from Pebley Beach in Swindon, &
although I had to wait a month longer than expected (due to high demand on Scrappage sales) I wanted to inform Hyundai of the service I received from this dealership. I was impressed by the courtesy, speed of information being given to me & on the day the service of getting my car ready for me to pick up.
I have been left very much impressed by the service of this dealership & the i20 as a car in general.

Just a short note to say thank you for the help I received from Paul Roberts on Friday.
My daughter is buying a Hyundai i10 from you but her car, which is being scrapped under the scrappage scheme, has broken down and is in a garage in Widnes, near Liverpool. Estimated repair costs exceed the value of the car.
We had originally dealt with Stuart and this was our first contact with Paul. Despite the fact that I know you are very busy due to both the success of the scrappage scheme and the September sales boost, Paul treated me as though I was his only customer. Even though I rang him at least six time (with increasing embarrassment) to clairy details as new issues arose, he was quite extraordinarily patient, couteous and went out of his way to be helpful. This included ringing the scrap dealer in Nortwich who will be scrapping the car to ensure all the required actions were tied up. As a result our concerns were quickly allayed and our estimation of your dealership increased considerably.

I have just got home and seen your thank you card - it was a bit tricky for me to chat earlier on the phone, as I was at work. Anyhow, I am very pleased with the car. It drives very well, although I have only done just over a 100 miles so far (and I am taking it steady, running in for the first 600 as instructed....)My kids are very pleased - more room than my Alto - and an extra seat which comes in handy for taxi duties when taking them and their friends out.
I would like to thank you for the excellent service you provided. Compared to my experience when buying my Alto (which was ok...but nothing special) you have been much friendlier and it was a pleasure to do business with you. You were always professional and helpful, and I found you willing to go that extra bit (securing the colour I wanted). I would not hesitate to recommend you and the garage to others.
It was down to your sales skills that I bought a Suzuki - as you know, I was all set to buy a Hyundai - but your chance phone call and friendly, helpful service (plus a 5 yr warranty)persuaded me otherwise.
I'll come over with the log book for my old Alto as soon as it arrives...and maybe someone could have a quick look at the driver's wiper...
